Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Location: Sheffield S36
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing business based in the S36 area of Sheffield. Our client is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Building and Site Maintenance Operative to help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs for buildings, facilities, and the surrounding site.
Perform general facility repairs and maintenance tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all maintenance work.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience in building and site maintenance, including knowledge of various trades.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with operating and maintaining maintenance equipment and tools.
Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
