Do you have significant BREEAM experience having worked in the UK Construction Industry?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong certification & validity experience of BREEAM. We have a leading UK Construction business looking to get someone strong into the business ASAP that can handle, drive, and coordinate all BREEAM related activities for the business.

The BREEAM Manager/Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the design team, championing sustainability initiatives, driving projects, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring comprehensive management of BREEAM processes. This position collaborates closely with colleagues from diverse disciplines, delivering top-tier BREEAM and sustainability support across various sectors.

You will be based at this organization’s headquarters, outside of Heathrow, London . The business is looking for someone to drive, manage and coordinate all aspects for BREAM within construction. Can you handle, manage, and coordinate all validation, certification and drive all net zero goals for the business.

Working alongside Head of Pre-Construction & Pre-Construction Manager you will be the go-to person for the group based in Head office but handling projects across the UK region.
