Brand Executive

Location: SW London

Salary: Up to £30,000

COREcruitment is working with a global drinks company based in SW London! They are recruiting for a Brand Executive for Partnerships, Events, and PR, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand awareness through memorable partnerships, distinctive events, and meaningful press coverage. You will continuously seek out new opportunities (partnerships, events, awards, sampling) that support the Brand Plan and strengthen our brand. You will be naturally curious and innately entrepreneurial, always thinking outside the box to develop plans that help grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships:

  • Build cross-category partnerships to support awareness.
  • Approach and work with lifestyle brands to create partnerships that drive strong brand awareness through events, socials, press, and digital content.
  • Ensure all partnerships have the potential to extend beyond a single moment and have a comprehensive approach to marketing.
  • Event Planning & Management:

  • Organize and manage a variety of events, including parties, activations, tasting events, and sponsorships.
  • Ensure each event delivers on our brand promise of being "the mixers causing a stir."
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and amplification to target audiences.
  • Maintain a strong, consistent look and feel while driving talkability.
  • Conduct thorough debriefs of all events and adjust event strategies based on learnings.
  • Consumer Events:

  • Deliver our consumer events program, developed in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
  • Work with activation agencies when needed to deliver a premium and memorable experience.
  • Amplify all consumer events digitally, in partnership with the Brand Executive – Digital & Creative.
  • Sampling:

  • Manage all sampling channels and provide recommendations for the most valuable partnerships to the business.
  • Ensure our short-dated stock is considered for opportunities.
  • Amplify sampling plans to build the brand.
  • Awards Strategy:

  • Develop and manage our awards strategy, ensuring we enter and win relevant and high-profile awards for our products, business, and founders.
  • Successfully amplify our wins across digital channels and through the sales team.
  • Write award-winning entries, gathering data from across the business to submit the best possible entries.
  • PR:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing & Communications in driving coverage in trade and consumer media for our founders and products.
  • Ensure proactive PR plans reflect the Brand Plan and capitalize on all reactive opportunities.
  • Proof all press materials.
  • Team Events:

  • Plan team events for summer and Christmas to bring the brand to life internally and foster a fun, vibrant culture.
  • Campaign Management:

  • Manage cross-channel campaigns and own the deliverables across the team and relevant agencies as briefed by the Head of Marketing & Communications.
  • Reporting:

  • Prepare for weekly one-on-ones with the Head of Marketing & Communications to report on successes, issues, and challenges.
  • Present updates on your remit in weekly team meetings.
