A growing SME in Bath are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their small friendly team. Supporting the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
Accounts payables, accounts receivables
Cash accounts
Monthly payroll
Reviewing and processing employee and directors' staff expenses
Bank reconciliations, including producing regular reports, managing the petty cash.
Supporting the preparation of VAT returns.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role or equivalent qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience in Xero (beneficial)
Able to manage multiple tasks / priorities.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
