Manage and process invoices and financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate billing of services to clients

Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Support other accounting projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billings Assistant should have:
A strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge or Oracle
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients
