Our client is a residential Developer with growth and expansion in their Southern Region (London and the South), focusing on contracting and development opportunities, partnering with RP’s LA’s. They are looking for a Bid Writer to create innovative, persuasive, creative,pelling, factual and focused responses for bid opportunities. You will:• Produce high quality professional submission documents for all bids and developing customer-specific styles for each submission. • Write Bid documents including presentations etc. • Work with Bid & Pre-Construction Managers and wider team in the development of responses that are attractive, concise and bring out the benefits of thepanies offer. • Facilitate quality question workshops and meetings with the wider bid team to share knowledge and develop a strategy to answer quality questions. • Manage andmunicate relevant market andpetitor data.• Proofread and check the quality and consistency of responses in terms of themes, messages, key phrases and keywords. • Produce Presentations, Brochures, Marketing Material to support pre- / post-bid work and business development. You will have:A relevant qualification and writing experience.Experience within construction or a relevant technical field or with RP’s/HA’s in a similar role.
