Role:
As a Tender Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with the UK Bids and Tenders Manager to drive the tender process. You will focus on proposal procedures and processes, take ownership of the end-to-end tender process and ensure its successful implementation. Other responsibilities include administrative duties and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Introduce and implement all necessary proposal procedures and processes for tenders.
* Work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and comprehensive tender responses.
* Pay attention to detail, follow a methodical approach, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
* Be a team player and actively contribute to the overall success of the tender process.
* Admin related tasks and engaging with all stakeholders in a professional manner.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in bid/tender management/tender coordinator/project management
* Excellent attention to detail and proficient use of the Microsoft packages
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with NHS structures is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Package:
* Salary: £30,000-£35,000
* Bonus £3,000
