About the Role
As Bid Support Specialist, you will manage customer due diligence requests from our global customers. You will draft and review responses and manage deadlines. Your skills and expertise will be highly valued as you provide request processing support for internal teams.Responsibilities
Managing the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects ensuring adherence to service levels.
Collaborating with multiple teams throughout the organization to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals
Composing clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification
Supporting development of the bid content library
Working with proposal managers to support development of persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements
Meeting proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals and signatureS
Requirements
Have attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential
Experience of Bid or sales support related
Have effective writing, editing and business communication skills
Have advanced word processing knowledge
Have Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality work
