Create clear,pliant, and captivating written responses and marketing materials.
Text Library Management:
Curate a repository of precedent text for future bids.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams throughout the tender process.
Market Insight:
Research procurement cycles and connect with key professionals to drive our sales pipeline.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute insights from previous submissions to enhance our approach.
Additional Projects:
Take ownership of special initiatives under the guidance of the Head of Bids and Proposals.
What We’re Seeking:
Essential:Prior experience in tender management and bid writing.Ability to distil technical information into concise bid responses.Degree or equivalent qualification in creative writing, English, or Marketing.Strong organisational and project management skills.Excellentmunication abilities.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines proactively.
