Bid Manager

Dawsongroup Energy Solutions is an emerging and innovative business unit within Dawsongroup plc, specialising in low carbon & renewable energy solutions for clients across the public & private sectors. We are experts is supporting clients to achieve their energy management, sustainability, decarbonisation and net zero ambitions.

We are currently looking for a Bid Manager, who will have overall responsibility for the bid process, including bid identification, qualification, strategy, response planning, coordination, writing, presenting, submitting and handover post award. 

The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of energy biased projects/contracts, and experience of managing complex tenders, particularly within the public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee the bid identification, qualification, strategy, response planning, coordination, writing, presenting, submitting and handover post award.

Coordinating and producing tender submissions for new and existing business opportunities.

Creating high-quality proposal documents, including coordinating, and editing written content required.

Ensuring process flow and timely submission of allocated proposals.

Monitoring and reporting on bid production performance against bid plan.

Assisting with development of proposals and best practice, tools, and information.
