Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics strategies.
· Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights into business performance.
· Work closely with various departments to identify key metrics and reporting needs.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics platforms.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10+ years of experience
· Extensive experience in BI and analytics, particularly with Power BI.
· Supports customer health analysis and insight, including framework development for customer segmentation and customer lifecycle, sustainable reporting for Customer QBR measurement, and deep dive analytics of strategic business questions.
· Experience using SQL, Python, R, SAS to build queries and developing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
· Increases awareness on developments in Analytics, such as methods, tools and platforms that would be useful in improving processes and understanding of revenue streams.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling and visualization.
· Knowledge of data integration and data lake technologies, preferably with Microsoft Fabric.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
· Experience with data warehousing and reporting in a business context.
· Knowledge of hospitality KPIs and metrics is a plus.
· Experience in the luxury hospitality or high-end consumer market.
