Overview:

We are searching for a talented and experienced marketing science leader, to manage the Brand Health Tracking (BHT) Global Modelling Units (GMUs) and power a new ambitious growth strategy for BHT analytics. As the BHT GMU leader, you would be accountable for ensuring high quality, efficient delivery of BHT analytics across the globe. And as the face of the GMUs to the business, you would be responsible for building awareness and excitement about our core analytics, and ensuring the right support was available to help sell and deliver larger client engagements. 

This is a very exciting time for BHT analytics. Our core BHT analytic assets are growing rapidly around the business, and we have the ambition to continue that growth trajectory in the coming years. We have also recently launched a new Analytics & Advisory (A&A) service, which allows us to elevate the insights we deliver to clients, by integrating BHT data with other data sources, and applying advanced analytics. All the core analytics and modelling that support these approaches should be delivered through the GMUs wherever possible. As the leader of the BHT GMUs, it would be your responsibility to support and drive this continued growth, and as such, you would be critical to a key pillar of the BHT overall growth strategy.

Mission :

​Managing 4 GMUs specialised in Brand Tracking analytics delivery.

Ensuring consistently high quality and efficient delivery.

Promoting the core BHT analytic assets across the business.

Supporting client service to better sell and deliver BHT’s analytic assets.

Ensuring GMUs are equipped to deliver core modelling to support new A&A service.

Contributing to raise our analytical expertise and capabilities in view of changing client demands & needs. 

Required:

  • Strong analytics and marketing science experience (R, Python skills would be great)
  • Good leadership and management skills,
  • Good understanding of Processes, workflow
  • Training / on-the-job coaching skills
  • Setting up efficiency standards by building best analytical practices, libraries and cases as well as through training
  • Understanding, monitoring and consolidating P&L across GMUs
  • Should have an experience in MR industry 
  • Worked in an international environment (English fluent)
  • Open minded & innovative
  • Ideally, located in Paris or London (would consider North America for the right candidate)
  • Key responsibilities 
  • Manage GMU resource against incoming demand, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop best practice : Liaise with GMU & CS to understand and optimise ways of working. Liaise with Offer & Innovation and Brand Activation Studio to improve current Assets and future Assets production (efficiency, productivity, consistency) Identify and quantify emerging demand for new developments to existing analytic assets, or new analytics. Work with the BHT senior Leadership Team to prioritise and develop against these. Work with NextGen team (developing the BHT analytic platform to support A&A) to ensure GMU needs are prioritised in development, and that the platform is optimally leveraged across the GMU.
  • Set up training material and training sessions for GMU on all the above
  • Promote GMU analytics to the wider business and communicate best practice ways of working, through webinars and intranet materials
  • Consolidate and monitor GMU P&Ls 
  • Requirements & Qualifications:

    +10 years Research experience, in particular in marketing science and analytics, with some team management experience. Ideally with experience of managing complex projects / teams, and matrixed organisations.

    Main language required: English
