Overview
Join the Brand Health Tracking (BHT) Central Team in Ipsos as the Gen AI Innovation and Engagement Lead.
You will play a critical role in shaping Ipsos BHT’s future, through incubating, scaling, and evangelizing the use of Gen AI. You role will involve prototyping and scaling Gen AI solutions for BHT, engaging with the global Ipsos teams, and promoting Gen AI initiatives within the BHT community.
Key Responsibilities
• Innovation and Prototyping: Demonstrate development skills in Gen AI to prototype ideas/solutions and translate needs into proof of concepts.
• Engagement and Scaling: Engage central Ipsos teams such as Ipsos Tech GenAI experts or BHT Central Teams domain experts to drive new global initiatives and scale new solutions for BHT based on Gen AI.
• Evangelizing and Collaboration: Collaborate with BHT Central Team representatives to share Gen AI use cases for and from the BHT Community and communicate about the ongoing GenAI initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, BHT Senior Leadership Team, Ipsos GenAI Tech Team, and local business team members to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives integrating Gen AI.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Demonstrated commitment to learn about Gen AI through your own initiative.
• Ability to grasp complex AI technologies and concepts, translating them into concrete, viable solutions that meet BHT Business needs.
• Strong entrepreneurship and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving product goals.
• Good communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

You will align Gen AI initiatives with the BHT Offer & Activation strategy, creating value internally and for our End-Clients.

This position will report directly to the Analytics & Advisory (A&A) lead in the Global BHT Senior Leadership Team.
