Currently, GSL Education is looking to fill a job at one of our client schools in Lincoln with a competent and motivated Behavior Specialist.

Behaviour Specialists Role:
- Behavior Specialist schools typically hold a crucial role in promoting positive behavior and creating a supportive learning environment.
- They are often involved in developing and implementing behavior policies and strategies within the school.
- Behavior Specialist provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members on managing challenging behavior in the classroom.
- Behavior Specialist play a key role in fostering a positive school culture and ethos.
- Behavior Specialist monitor the effectiveness of behavior management strategies and interventions implemented within the school.
The successful candidate will:
- Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and families
- Dedication to promoting inclusion and equity in education
