Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with students with behavioural challenges, providing guidance and mentorship.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and parents to address individual needs.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, particularly in a primary school setting.
Essential experience in working with students with SEN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
