About the role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS26) to start in September on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Mentor will be working in a small group or 1:1 basis in supporting pupils with SEMH needs. The desired candidate will need to have had significant experience supporting with children with SEMH needs and a real desire to do the role. Working in the pastoral team, you will support pupils by implementing individual behaviour plans (SEMH plans) set by the SENCO and fellow members of the pastoral team.
This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is a two-form school. It is at the heart of the community with inclusivity at the centre of everything they do.
