About the Basic Package of Support (BPS)

Life after school can be a very challenging time. Lots of young people are unsure what paths to take, and how to achieve their goals. The BPS is a programme designed to support young people going through this transition. The BPS is unique because it provides ongoing, one-on-one coaching support to help young people develop and reach their goals. Youth Coaches work directly with young people to create action plans and connect them to the relevant resources and services that are sometimes hard to reach. Youth Coaches are there to support young people in creating their own path, and to walk alongside them towards their future goals.

All Youth Coach’s will be supervised and supported by a Youth Coach Guide.

Applications are invited from interested persons, who meet the minimum requirements, to fill the above-mentioned position of Youth coach guide in Orange Farm, Gauteng.
