Anexperienced bartender with a passion for guest service and creating memorableexperiences. You will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attentionto detail and a commitment to high standards. To excel in this role you willalso need to be a forward thinker and a strong team player. Due to the hours ofsome events, own transport is essential.
WHATYOU’LL DO …
Youwill be part of a large team of staff helping us to deliver a wide range ofspecial occasions within our Conference and Events department. The nature ofConference and Events ensures that no two days are ever the same. For example, one dayyou are working on an elaborate wedding, the next day could be a large-scalebusiness conference. As a Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guestsin a timely and professional manner whist maintaining the highest level ofservice. You will create and serve a range of beverages including classiccocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc. You will keep yourservice area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times and have an excellentunderstanding of wines and spirits.
This is the ideal role from which you can develop a great career within The Celtic Collection. You will receive superb training and be able to continue your development both within the Conference and Events teams and within other bar operations in the business such as the impressive Mulberry cocktail bar.
