Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff, creating staff rotas
- Handling customer enquiries and bookings ensuring they have a great experience
- Oversee stock levels and ordering
- Managing budgets
- Comply with restaurant health and safety regulations and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and appreciate the professional standards of the restaurant
- Inform customers about all menu items available and make recommendations based on their preferences / allergens and special requests
- Efficiently manage cash handling procedures and record transactions
- Maintain positive and professional communication with management team
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
More about You:
·You will have experience of working in a restaurant or hotel
·Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
·Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience as Manager in Food and Beverage
