Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff, creating staff rotas
  • Handling customer enquiries and bookings ensuring they have a great experience
  • Oversee stock levels and ordering
  • Managing budgets
  • Comply with restaurant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar
  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and appreciate the professional standards of the restaurant
  • Inform customers about all menu items available and make recommendations based on their preferences / allergens and special requests
  • Efficiently manage cash handling procedures and record transactions
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with management team
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff

More about You:

·You will have experience of working in a restaurant or hotel

·Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills

·Strong listening, speaking and communication skills

Minimum 2 years experience as Manager in Food and Beverage

Job Type: Full-time
