What’s involved?
A successful Bar and Night Club Manager will have previous experience managing multiple outlets, within a busy wet operation. Ideally, you’ll have prior experience working within a sports bar and nightclub. You must have previous success’s working towards KPI’s, optimising revenues and operating effectively within budgets.
You must be a self-motivated, positive individual with a passion for leading and developing a larger team.
