Here at Fleetwood Hall, we truly believe in supporting each person’s individuality, whether that is through gardening clubs or birthday celebrations!As a Care Home Assistant, your role may involve:undertaking any necessary trainingsupporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activitiesproviding emotional support and companionshipmaintaining high standards within the care home environmentworking flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are metSupport the Chef/Cook and the rest of the catering team with providing fresh, home-cooked meals from scratch to our residentsMaintaining a hygienic and compliant working environmentproviding a clean and beautifully presented environment for our residentsensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to and effective infection control is maintained at all timesworking flexibly between the Home’s domestic and laundry departments if requiredSandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
