Band 8a Mental Health Pharmacist - Birmingham
Hunter Gatherer are actively recruiting for a pharmacist in Birmingham. A mental health site is recruiting an experienced MH pharmacist to join the division. The post holder will clinically screen and monitor prescriptions to ensure safe use of medicines as well as participate in medicine reconcilliation for newly admitted patients. They will also be expected to optimise patient care by participating in relevant medicines management schemes on the wards, including patient's own drugs, self-administration and also medicines supply.
PLEASE NOTE: Extensive Mental Health Pharmacist experience is required!
– Locum Band 8a MH Pharmacist
– £33-37 per hour
– Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period
– Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
