ROLE: Band 6 or 7 Diabetes NurseHOURS: Flexible

LOCATION: Long term, Dagenham, Essex.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assessment and review of diabetes patients, altering plans of care as appropriate, possibly patient education if appropriately trained.
SKILLS: Diabetes nursing experience, looking after complex patients.
