Band 6 Neuro Rehab Occupational Therapist (Locum)
St Albans Area | £40 per hour | Immediate Start - End of October
Do you have a passion for helping people with neurological conditions regain their independence? Are you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a locum position in a dynamic and supportive environment?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing vital neuro rehab services to patients in their homes and communities within the St Albans area.
About the Role:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
Develop and implement personalised therapy plans to promote independence in daily living activities.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Document progress and outcomes effectively.
You will be:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a Band 6 qualification.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation.
A skilled clinician with excellent assessment and intervention skills.
A strong communicator with empathy and compassion.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Adaptable and flexible with a positive and proactive approach.
We offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £40.
Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00).
Varied caseload seeing 4-5 patients per day.
