Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 4 assistant psychological well-being practitioner to join our client’s well-established NHS trust based in Telford, Shropshire. This position is available to either work remotely or hybrid. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours each week for an ongoing period.

The empathetic assistant PWP will be providing general assessments and treatments to a clinical caseload of adults with mild mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. The post holder will Collaborate with senior PWPs and clinical leads to support the development and implementation of care plans.

To be considered for this role, the PWP must:

Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Low Intensity Therapy

Have previous experience within an IAPT setting

Showcase excellent communication and listening skills

Have the ability to build a good rapport with a varied caseload
