Are you ready for a new challenge or an improved contract? We have an excellent locum opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with solid experience working within a Discharge Team.

The role is based within one of the Lewisham based Discharge Hubs, and the manager is looking for someone like YOU. The hourly pay rate for this role is £27.00 - £30.00 P/H.

Specific Skills

We are looking for a dedicated OT role to provide interventions to support recovery and reablement for people under the community mental health team. Supervision from Lead occupational therapist and caseload allocated in accordance with Multi-disciplinary team for OT interventions and assessments, including activities of daily living and social inclusion. May include some group work and interventions for clients under primary care.

You will need to meet all of the below criteria to be considered for this position:

Hold Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration

Have access to own vehicle for work purposes

Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 3-4 weeks from the confirmation and happy to commit to a minimum period of three months
