Ourclient is a very successful wellestablished chartered accountancypractice based in Orpington Kent. They are seeking an allroundexperienced audit and accounts manager / senior manager to jointheir team on a fulltime or parttime permanent basis withpartnership prospects on offer. This position will primarily befocused on accounts and audit and accounts work and the levels canbe adjusted based on the applicants experience and aspirations.There are excellent progression prospects on offer the chance tomaintain a good worklife balance through flexibility and hybridworking. You will work with a mixed client base with a largeproportion of NFP clients within the education charity and academysectors.
Thesuccessful candidate will be responsiblefor:

Therole will focus mainly on delivering accountancy and tax and auditservices.

Supporta varied portfolio ofclients.

Leadaudits from planning through to completion liaising with the teamand client wherenecessary.

Hostand conduct preaudit and postaudit meetings withclients.

Provideaccountancy and taxation advice and support to clients asnecessary.

Conductclient meetings for the presentation of final draftaccounts.

Leadand manage a small team of qualified and partqualifiedaccountants.

Mentorthe team reviewing their work and encouraging prompt andhighquality delivery andservice.

Developand expand the team s skillset through development plans andtraining andsupport.

Contributeto the firm s growth by retaining existing clients and buildingrelationships with prospectiveclients.
Requirements
- QualifiedACA or ACCA orequivalent
- Min. 5 years postqualification experience inpractice
- Experience in accounts preparation auditing SMEsized limitedcompanies taxation (corporate business &personal)
- Experience supervisingstaff
- Effective communicationskills
- Proactiveandable to work on own initiative with minimalsupervision
- Excellent planning organisation & deadline time keepingskills
