Your Role

You’ll work closely with clients providing them with exceptional legal advice to achieve the best possible resolution for them . You’ll be a key member of the Serious Injury team and regularly contribute to area meetings, ensuring your team objectives are being met.

As an experienced solicitor within Serious Injury, you’ll have the opportunity to train and mentor others in your team, and we’ll provide you with the support and direction to help you do this.

You will also be responsible for enhancing the team’s profile in and generating growth from the Northamptonshire / Peterborough markets.

About You

 What we’ll need from you:

  • Experience within multi-track Serious Injury claims, ideally with experience in head / spinal cord and / or amputation injuries.
  • Current Practising Certificate.
  • An established reputation within the Northamptonshire/Peterborough markets for example recognition by APIL, Legal 500 or Chambers.
  • Demonstratable strengths in business development, relationship building, networking and work generation.
  • Ambition, energy and enthusiasm for serious injury litigation
  • Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances.
