Your Role
and What You'll Be DoingThe team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation. They act for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.
As a Senior Assoicate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will support the Partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on high value and complex cases which include; asset management for investors, one off contractual dispute for developers, working in collaboration with the insolvency team, advising on option disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, trespass actions, etc. You will also supervise and develop the careers of the junior members of the team.
