We are now working with a mid sized blue chip advisory firm based in London. The firm is very well regarded. They advise public and privately listed businesses and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, raising of capital, refinancings and restructurings. The firm is doing incredibly well, working with a range of well known clients on a range of high profile deals.
They are now looking to add someone at the Analyst/ Associate level to their team.
The role will work on the execution of M&A deals for their clients, working alongside a Principal and Partner on deals.
They are very interested in meeting professionals from other advisory firms, with experience in corporate finance / M&A advisory. There is some flexibility around the level at which they hire, but you are likely to have 3 - 6 years M&A experience.
It could be a fantastic role for an M&A professional from a very large bank who is looking to move into a client facing, hands on advisory position with a well respected name.
