- Bachelors degreein business operations management supply chain management or arelated field. Masters degreepreferred.
- Extensive experience in sales andoperations planning demand forecasting supply chain management orrelated roles.
- Proven track record inimplementing and managing S&OP processes in complexorganizations.
- Strong analytical skills tointerpret data and make informeddecisions.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functionsand levels.
- Experience with S&OPsoftware and tools is desirable.
- Ability totranslate business objectives into actionableplans.
- Experience working in a matrixorganization with an international scope isadvantageous.
- Ability to work under pressureand meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral andwritten communicationskills.
About therole:
Your daytodayresponsibilities will include:
- Overseethe 24month rolling forecast process collaborating closely withCommercial Operation Directors and GMs to finalize accurate volumeforecasts at the SKU level.
- Monitor salestrends customer demand patterns and market dynamics to anticipatechanges and adjust plansaccordingly.
- Facilitate collaboration betweensales operations finance and other departments to integrateplanning processes effectively.
- OrchestrateS&OP cycles lead preS&OP meetings and prepare forExecutive S&OP meetings to make datadriven decisions anddrive continuous improvement.
- Interface withCommercial/GMs Supply Planners and Product Launch Managers toidentify and manage capacity shortfallseffectively.
