Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Associate Director of HR Operations to join our team inLondon. This is a 12month maternitycover role reporting directly to the CHRO. As theAssociate Director HR Operations you will play a pivotal role inensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations globallysupporting a diverse employee base and contributing to the overallsuccess of our organization.
KeyResponsibilities:
HRData Management: Maintain accurate and compliantemployee records covering all aspects from hiring to termination inour Talent D365 system. Ensure GDPR compliance and dataintegrity.
HR Information Systems(HRIS) Management: Oversee the implementation andmaintenance of our HRIS software to streamline processes andprovide valuable insights for decisionmaking. Support HRBPs inleveraging the systemeffectively.
PayrollAdministration: Collaborate with finance andaccounting teams to process payroll accurately and on time acrossour 16 jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.
Onboarding andOffboarding: Manage seamless onboarding for newhires and offboarding processes for departing employees includingpaperwork orientation and ITcoordination.
Reporting andAnalytics: Compile HR data and generate insightfulreports to support HRBPs in making informed decisions. Monitor keyHR metrics and trends.
ContinuousImprovement: Identify opportunities for processenhancement and efficiency within the HR function. Lead initiativesto automate tasks and implement bestpractices.
AdhocProjects: Undertake additional projects to supportHR operations as required.
MinimumRequirements:
CIPD qualified level7
Degree or equivalentqualification
