  • You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivers works with the guidance of site deployment managers to deliver connectivity and infrastructure to UK and International projects through in house site engineers and third parties.

  • Responsible for installation and configuration of the technical infrastructure for Mace project sites and fixed offices.

  • Manages the pre-staging, implementation, and ongoing support of IT equipment on project sites.

  • Provides quality assurance checks for employee system and digital installations.

  • Creates technical process and customer handover documentation.

  • Responds to incidents and issues in a timely manner and within agreed business SLA’s.

  • Undertakes diagnoses, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware software and performance issues.

  • Actions and priorities call that are logged in the IT Service Desk tool and resolves for the business.

  • Provides support and guidance to team members as needed.

  • Works with team members providing operations delivery of team plans. supporting business.

  • Develops working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.

  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

  • You’ll need to have:

  • MCSA (working towards MCSE) or equivalent experience.

  • Windows Server 2019 / 2022 MCP minimum

  • Knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation

  • Network +

  • Practical experience in networking (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi) and Microsoft technologies.

  • Experience with configuration and management of Cisco.

  • Self-Motivated and is comfortable working unsupervised.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Experience in working with third parties and outsource. partners to deliver outcomes. 

  • Managing operational KPI’s (availability, lead times etc.)

  • You’ll also have:

  • Ability to diagnose software faults and problems.

  • Experience in the setup of AV equipment.

  • Technical accreditations in Switch \ Wi-Fi configuration.

  • Knowledge of construction industry.

  • Strong process and documentation skills.

  • Experience in client engagement.

  • Certification would be advantageous.

  • Working towards a CCNA
