What Does the RoleEntail?
As the AssistantRestaurant Manager, you will collaborate effectively with themanagement team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptionaldining experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeingservice at tables, ensuring the team is well-trained, anddelivering smooth service. You'll handle guest queries promptly andprofessionally, fostering a positive dining experience for allguests. Additionally, you will drive the brand's culture, trainingand developing the front-of-house team to uphold our standards ofexcellence.
What Skills Will YouHave?
You will ideally haveprevious management experience in the London restaurant scene,preferably within a premium restaurant. You should possess apassion for delivering the highest levels of service and excellentorganisational and communication skills. Effective multitaskingabilities and the ability to motivate a team are essential, alongwith full rota flexibility.
