Assistant Restaurant Manager / Sommelier - 2 Michelin Star Restaurant - Chelsea London 
Salary 40-45K per annum plus tips 
5 over 7 days Days Nights Weekends (must be flexible )

We are currently looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience. My client is a Michelin star restaurant located in Chelsea London.

Benefits:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager / Sommelier will receive:
  • A competitive salary package of up to £40-45k.
  • A full-time contract for 5 days per week.
  • Mostly straight shifts - 48-55 hours per week.

Ideal candidate: 
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager/Sommelier  will have the following:
  • Experience in similar luxury Michelin fine dining establishment.
  • Passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service.
  • Experience in looking after stock take and logging of breakages and wastage.
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for guest.
  • The ability to adapt and being able to work under pressure.
  • Professionalism and engaging personality.
  • A working knowledge of the service journey.
  • Very good level of spoken English.
  • Must have WSET level 3.
  • Articulate and well presented.
