Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. In this role you will:

Create and deliver best in class, customer centric marketing comms from initial briefing to delivery working with key stakeholders

Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and manage the needs within the wider scope of the customer communications planning and approval process

Work with the CRM team to maximise the opportunities through different channels and create highly personalised comms

Ensure all activity is fully measurable to maximise efficiencies - looking for opportunities to reduce budget, resource or process steps - creating a cycle of continuous improvement whilst understanding and supporting the commercial outcomes

Be the voice of the customer: using insights to base decisions on, creating good outcomes for customers and seeking opportunities to give money more sparkle in line with our brand purpose

Identify opportunities to build your own capability through self-development and coaching

Ensuring that all Marcomms marketing campaign are delivered in a consistent and compliant manner by co-ordinating governance and operational issues, ensuring adherence to Global Standards and relevant FIMs

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Competent and experienced marketeer, ideally within the financial services industry

Experience of delivering customer centric campaigns across different channels but ideally with specific email knowledge

Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in a group and committed to personal development

Strong organisational and planning skills with good attention to detail, a passion for quality and ability to prioritise

Good spoken and written communication skills and ability to interpret numerical data

Ability to build great relationships with stakeholders, influencing others and adding value

Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple campaigns

The base location for this role is Chester
