  • The Role
    The EL1 Service Guidance and Practice is required to coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes that support the Agency’s objectives.

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice about the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
  • Providing support to drive business improvement in access and planning processes.
  • Raising awareness of critical issues to senior management through regular management reporting to senior management.
  • Providing effective leadership to a small team of staff delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.
  • Prioritising completing priorities and provide advice to the Agency’s executive team.
  • Providing considered advice to multi-disciplinary teams and the Agency’s executive, Board, Minister and other Australian Government Departments in a timely manner.
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to engage individuals in developing and committing to an action plans
