Duties and responsibilities related to the ​Assistant Director of Food & Beverage​ role

Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, eventsand room service

In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Participating in the recruitment and selectionof F&B colleagues

Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage operations

Support the Director of Food & Beverage in aligning Food & Beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel

Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth

About you 

Proventrack record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
