Your next role

The Learning Disability Team is a supportive and established team with high ambitions to support people with a learning disability in Swindon.

You will demonstrate excellent communication and assessment skills and enjoy working in a fast paced but supportive environment.

Experience of supporting adults with learning disability is beneficial to the role but we will consider people who have sound practice skills and are willing to learn more about learning disability work.

We are looking for 3 full time position at 37 hours and one part time position at 30 hours per week. Candidates are invited to either apply for one or both posts. Please use the supporting statement to highlight which post or posts you are applying for.

The team operates a hybrid working model with all practitioners expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days per week.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
