Responsibilities:
Drive asset growth for GSAM ETFs across the UK and other European regions with external clients and prospects, as well as internal partners of the firm
Work alongside and in conjunction with regional sales teams to build a detailed country-level distribution plan designed to grow ETF share of market in the region; incorporating marketing, events and PR ideas
Partner closely with internal groups: capital markets, marketing, strategy and portfolio management to deliver the client-centric solutions
Execute sales campaigns and involve internal and external clients on major ETF initiatives (seminars, events, surveys, roadshows)
Promote ETF themes and initiatives to end clients, prospects and internal distribution channels
Represent GSAM ETFs at industry events
Contribute to product development ideas and provide insightful feedback from internal and end clients
Deliver feedback on competitor dynamics and industry trends with the ability to make recommendations to the group
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in the fund management industry
Proven track record of raising assets and managing multiple client relationships
Interest and strong knowledge of the passive market and ETFs
Strong technical and commercial skills and experience in working with and through a larger distribution team
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to present one-on-one and in large group settings
Preferred languages – English, plus one other European language
