We are currently recruiting for: - Area Support Manager
Location: Covering the London & Cambridge Areas
Reporting to: Account Manager/Regional Account Director
Responsible for: Site Supervisor, Day Janitors, General Cleaners, Sub-Contractors, and Service Providers
Main purpose of job:
As Area Support Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of service to contract requirements, and to the satisfaction of the client by supervising team members as required.
Through effective client liaison, staff management and supervision you will ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner, in compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and to financial and profitability targets.

You will have the responsibility for your customer and managing their account along with administrative responsibility to ensure all aspects of each contract are met to the customer’s requirements by liaising with both suppliers and other departments.
The role will may also require regular UK travel. Clean UK Driving License would be advantageous
Responsibilities/Duties:
Core Function
- Liaising with clients at an appropriate level to ensure total client satisfaction.
- Work with and support the relevant Facilities Department and Excellerate staff in the day-to-day service delivery.
- To ensure all sites are performing effectively and maintain customer satisfaction and in accordance to all Company Health and Safety policies.
- Where necessary assist with physical operational requirements
- Staff training
Role Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- DBS check is required
- Full UK driving licence.
Hours and Salary
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
- Salary: £30,000
