The Role Area Sales ManagerHVAC Social Housing

  • Asa Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible forspecifying the companys heating and renewable products (boilers& air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market LocalAuthorities Housing Associations dealing with the new buildmarket.
  • As Specification Sales Manager you willbe liaising with Asset Managers Operations Managers Estimators etcthrough to Csuite / level decisionmakers.
  • Tasked with winning and trackingspecifications you will target Social Housing / HousingAssociations / Contractors / Installers / Regional Developers &Frameworks.

TheCandidate for the Area SalesManager

  • Experienceselling a HVAC or Plumbing & Heating or KBB or electrical ortechnical products i.e. into social housing councils / localauthorities (specification sales)
  • Our clientwill also consider candidates that have sold into M&Econsultants
