Covering every region of England and Wales, we’ve been the home care provider of choice to thousands of families for over three decades. We’re now looking for an Area Care Manager to join our team.
As an Area Care Manager, you will support the Regional Care Director by providing the highest standard of care to our customers and carers within Helping Hands. You will be overseeing the day to day running of approximately 10 branches as well as the live in care service in your locality.
Main Responsibilities
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have previous multi-site experience within the care industry. It is essential that you have significant experience of managing a large team and have good understanding of CQC/CIW guidance. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and implement change along with the ability to build effective relationships.
