Job Description
Deliverables:Infrastructure Services Running the business of ProcessOptimization SSL and ITIL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Request creation monitoring followupclosure and reporting.
- Provideguidance/training and technical expertise to junior staff.
- Engaging appropriate internal or externalservice provider resources as required to resolve issues in orderto support DCO service delivery.
- Guidingmonitoring and coordinating work conducted by internal and externalservice providers providing direction on work procedures andensuring mitigation of adverse impact.
- Documentation and implementation of infrastructure ChangeRequests.
- Updating incident reporting onincidents and changes identification and mitigation of risks to theinfrastructure updating the Configuration Management Database.
- Making Changes and recommendations forenhancing server infrastructure decommissioning of hardwareincluding servers storage devices and other relevant componentsincluding coordination of disposal.
- SSL/TLScertificate signing and reporting.
- Support tomaintain and update Application Portfolio Management solutionCis.
