Deliverables:Infrastructure Services Running the business of ProcessOptimization SSL and ITIL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Request creation monitoring followupclosure and reporting.
• Provideguidance/training and technical expertise to junior staff.
• Engaging appropriate internal or externalservice provider resources as required to resolve issues in orderto support DCO service delivery.
• Guidingmonitoring and coordinating work conducted by internal and externalservice providers providing direction on work procedures andensuring mitigation of adverse impact.
• Documentation and implementation of infrastructure ChangeRequests.
• Updating incident reporting onincidents and changes identification and mitigation of risks to theinfrastructure updating the Configuration Management Database.
• Making Changes and recommendations forenhancing server infrastructure decommissioning of hardwareincluding servers storage devices and other relevant componentsincluding coordination of disposal.
• SSL/TLScertificate signing and reporting.
• Support tomaintain and update Application Portfolio Management solutionCis.

1. ITIL Management 30%

Parameters:

• Demonstrated experience building and managing changerequests.
• Demonstrated experience withmanaging a Configuration Management Database.
• Demonstrated knowledge with ITIL concepts andprocedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge withCorporate Change Incident Problem and ReleaseManagement.
• Demonstrated knowledge ofDatacentre Protocols and Procedures Guides and working in an UptimeCertified Tier IV & Tier II Datacentre.

2.Documentation and Communication 20%

Parameters:

• Demonstrated knowledge for engaging appropriate internalor external service provider resources as required to resolveissues in order to mitigate support failure and interruption toDatacentre operations.
• Demonstrated knowledgeof guiding monitoring and coordinating work conducted by internaland external service providers providing direction on workprocedures and ensuring mitigation of adverse impact.
• Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writingskills.
• Demonstrated knowledge for providingincident resolution.
• Demonstrated knowledge ofengaging vendors to address incidents/issues.
• Demonstrated ability of working with and supportingmultiple technical teams.
• Demonstratedknowledge in using Office 365 Remedy/eSMT ticketing system

3. Technical Knowledge 10%

4. Certificate Support10%

Parameters:

• Demonstrated experience in SSL/TLS certificate signingand support.

MUST HAVE:

• 5years of experience with ITIL Changemanagement
• SSL/TLScertificate is required
