Grade 11, £41,548 to £44,356 per annum

Additional Allowances:  Other £2000 - £5000 premium payment pro rata / Standby Duty £85.00

Contract Type:  Permanent

Hours:  37 per week



We are pleased to advertise the newly created posts which support the growth and development of the AMHP service that works across 24 hours.


While the demand for Mental Health Act assessments has increased, it is relatively small numbers compared to other Local Authorities. However, our quality of service is paramount to support the person being assessed and reaching positive outcomes. The model of working on the Isle of Wight will be to also hold a small number of Mental Health cases and contribute to the 24-hour AMHP rota.

We have also been nominated as finalists in the Local Government Chronicles 2021 for Well Being and Resilience in the partnership category.
