Your day to day as a Food & Beverage Assistant.
Your personality will shine through as you greet each one of our valued guests with a warm and friendly smile
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will take food and drink orders and serve guests with a brilliant customer service ethic
Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations
Prepare perfectly laid tables for each guest visit
Ensure our high standards are delivered and maintained at all times
Provide our guests with the warmest hospitality, ensuring they want to return
Team work
Your Training.
During your first 12-15 months, we will support you while you complete your Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification. This will be delivered via a mix of face to face and online visits, through a structured training programme, and tailored for your learning needs.
