Application Support Analyst – Insurance / System and Application Fixes / Hybrid or fully remote
KEY SKILLS:
THE ROLE:
The Application Support Analyst will act as the 1st line of support of the clients insurance applications including Acturis. You will responsible for troubleshooting business and IT application issues, identifying issue trends in order to reduce reoccurring issues. You will work alongside the technical team in analysing and fixing issues, understand how to access and interpret data and process modelling diagrams at the business, logical and physical level. You will also implement IT fixes and solutions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years experience in a application support role with exposure to Acturis. You will have Config / Document build / Workflow experience of Acturis, ability to quickly learn other systems / applications with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
