Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Braintree Council to recruit this Antisocial Behaviour Review Project Manager.

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Antisocial Behaviour Project Manager to join our Operations team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The Role:

Leading on the service project to review and revise the Council’s approach to antisocial behaviour management, you will support the development of a new framework from design to implementation.

You will research, review, interpret and challenge the current process for handling antisocial behaviour allegations, coordinating internal and external partners to understand best practice, and use your knowledge and recommendations to create a new case management framework, including prevention, education, intervention and enforcement.

You will also determine the best legislation and techniques to address a variety of antisocial behaviour allegations, identify and establish current and potential partnerships and monitor and analyse the project status, revising the scope, schedule or budget to ensure requirements are met.

The Experience You Will Bring:

You will have significant knowledge of antisocial behaviour, with a good understanding of related legislation, and proven experience of reviewing, developing and implementing antisocial behaviour case management processes.

Degree qualified in a relevant field, or with the equivalent work experience, you will be a pro at partnership working, with an ability to build strong relationships, and have excellent communication, organisational and report writing skills.
