Job Advertisement : Agriculture Inspector Grade 3

Location: Greenmount, Antrim
Duration: 50 Weeks
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, 37 Hours per week – Requirement for occasional evening and
weekend duties.
Rate of Pay: £19.55 Per Hour
Main Duties:
Emphasis of the role is on the following responsibilities (which are not a prescriptive or exhaustive list):
• Support the promotion of CAFRE programmes drawing on technical knowledge of the agri-food and land-based sector.
• Contribute to the school’s engagement programme, careers fairs, curriculum development days and campus open days.
• Communicate both off-line and on-line to engage with target audience.
• Work closely with curriculum and marketing colleagues to achieve consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute to creating engaging digital content.
The role will involve travel between campuses and to external events.
Essential Criteria:
To apply for this role, you must have A minimum of BSc Honours Degree in either,
Agriculture, Food, Horticulture or Equine subjects.
AND A full, current driving licence enabling the licence holder
Desired Criteria:
Experience of relationship-building, strong communication skills and teamwork.
