Wealth of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, working in large,plex organisations delivering multiple change initiatives using Agile methodology.
Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe expertise
Digital Delivery / Digital Transformation experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills; the ability to define, plan and deliver oues inline with business and performance strategies.
Experience acting as Delivery Lead for a Team of Teams
Strong understanding of UX/UI and Back end Product Development
Proven experience with Agile Release Trains
Familiar with Agile ceremonies as well as design and discovery through to release and maintenance
Experience of working with broad range of stakeholders, including UX and Design teams
Experience lasing with multiple teams from various departments across an organisation Nice to have:
Previous Insurance/Financial services industry experience
Immediate availability
SAFe certification
